Grindstone

A sculpted blacksmith's grindstone based on a Pole Lathe-style spring treadle mechanism.

The mechanism is based on the reciprocating treadle system found in early wood lathes, where a foot pedal connected to a spring pole would rhythmically drive rotation in both directions. In this 3D model, the animation currently rotates in one direction for practical simplicity, while maintaining the feel of the original motion system.
